Considerations before buying

  • RAGDOLLS in general are not demanding , however they do love human company
  • They do not need a lot of space , being of a more gentle nature they do better kept in doors
  • Do you have a place for the litter tray ?
  • Do you have children or other pets that would accept it
  • Can you provide a few hours attention to the cat / kitten  daily , often they just fit in and just do what you are doing and hang out with you , watching you do dishes or watching TV , they just hang out with you .
  • Do you have any one that may be able to baby sit for you if you need to go away ?
  • Have you had cats or kittens before ?
  • Please allow about $1000.00 per year to cover good food kitty litter and vet checks .
  • Why did you choose a ragdoll ?
  • In my experience , all breeders will tell you different things , I have found males more suited to outgoing busy people , or active families with children or other pets , the males are bigger , usually cheekier , usually out going more carefree ,
  • the females , more gentle more suited to single quiet people ,
  • If  you are an outgoing person you may enjoy a male rather  than a female,  if you are a quiet person and wish to just have a nice quiet companion often the females are more suited .
  • All cats and kittens have individual characters , they all have their own personal likes and dislikes , no two are ever the same .
